Classes:
I am highly qualified to teach US History, World History, Government and Economics. Currently, I teach Honors US History, World History, Honors World History, AP Government, Honors Economics, and Law/Philosophy.
Educational Experience:
PhD - Political Science
Wayne State University
MA - American History
Oakland University
BA - Social Studies/History (Teaching Certificate)
University of Michigan - Dearborn
I have taught at Richmond beginning in 1996 with a two year leave (2000-2002) in Algonac Community Schools.
When serving in the Army in Europe, I was involved in several dependent service activities that exposed me programs geared at high school age children. These were a positive growth experience for me and started me on my way to becoming a teacher.
Outside the Classroom:
In addition to my teaching duties at Richmond I teach Political Theory, American Government, American Foreign Policy and World Politics for Wayne State University. I also teach online classes for Rasmussen College in political theory as well as Ashford University where I teach American Government and the General Education Capstone Course.
When I am not teaching, I spend the rest of my time with my grandson, Marek, and my wife, Mary.
