I started teaching in 2022.

I became a teacher because of the important teachers in my life who inspired me to do the same for other students. I love reading and writing and love to help students discover the magic a great book can bring to their lives. Teaching special education allows me to help students discover their love for stories by creating a positive classroom environment where we can discuss the many stories we get to read! My hope for my students is that they can discover their love for reading and writing and expressing themselves through it!

Outside the Classroom
Outside the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, cooking, being outdoors and traveling.
